Dissertation title "Micro/Nanostructural Evolution by Photoinduced Molecular Motions" containing fabrication of micro/nanophotonic structures by using photofluidic behavior of soft-matter: click KAIST library link to see my PhD thesis (link)
Also, I generalized the method, termed as directional photofluidization lithography (DPL). DPL is the name I have firstly given to the photofluidization-enabled path change method for a micro/nanofabrication (see my review: Adv. Mater., 24, 2069, 2012).
